I’m trying my hand at matzoh ice cream for Passover. Here, matzoh soaks in milk overnight (Christina Tosi’s method for her cereal soft serves). Tomorrow it will be combined with heavy cream and a little salt and sugar. Also going to mix in chocolate covered matzoh pieces.
